Shame they didnt respond to the email i sent them last week - I spent over £30 on sweets and specifically ordered 3 opacks of the liquorish toffees instead they sent me 3 packs of toffees that included a few liquorish toffees - these were specifically for my mum so dont think i will be ordering again if they decide to send you something you didnt ask for

Most things fine except the delivery emails came from a different company, which was confusing - not to say concerning.

my beanboozled jelly beans are either extremely late or have never arrived. Please send them or i would like a refund.

I have a weakness.... When I'm relaxing with my book after a hard days work I like to indulge in a hard boiled sweet or two.
After several months of buying from supermarkets and the like and not being impressed at either the price, quality or variety I discovered Candycrave and decided to give them a try.
This was my first purchase and I was not disappointed! The variety on offer was immense (so I'll have to buy again in future to try the others!) and the price was excellent! They picked, packed and delivered my order very quickly Im really happy and impressed with the quality of both the sweets and the service they provided.
I ordered a box full which will keep me going for a while, however I will most definitely be back for more!

They sent me the wrong order for my wedding.
They stated I have to send the wrong order back before they will consider refund or replacement.
Agreed for courier to collect but I urged them to deliver the correct item first due to time constraints and they did not respond.
Would go elsewhere in the future and would not recommend this company.

Very disappointed with this company. I ordered some bags of Strawberry and Cream sweets and instead I was sent Strawberry Sherbets. I have just contacted them for the third time but no response as to how they are going to correct the mistake.
