I ordered a week and a half ago and still have not received a confirmation email or any package in the mail. I got not response from the two emails I've sent. My account was charged for the order, though. Not a great experience so far

This use to be a really good company, not sure what has happened never got my order now going on 3 weeks. I will be filing a fraud complaint.

I placed an order February 4th for 2 28gram strains I paid $176 I never received order/They won't answer my texts

Receives a message that certain flavors were not avaliable. This business is open. Ignore google!

I havent gotten any kind of response to an email inquiry I sent in, and I didnt get A confirmation email either, I dont know the status of my order, I am sure it will arrive eventually, but I just would like to know when, and if theres a time frame, a good product but a little dark in communication.

This was my first and last order. I ordered an eighth of Gelato flower with a supposed free eight of the same. Thirty minutes before shipping my package I was informed they did not have that but I would get something better in the same category. I didn't get a chance to cancel in light of that. Package comes, I get 5 grams of a flower I've never heard of but am willing to give it a shot and a disposable Delta 8 vape. I don't do vapes or Delta 8. How is that close to what I ordered? Terrible customer service as their only response was "sorry for the inconvenience". I'd go somewhere else.

The problem is that I have not received my order.

I love the product. Helps me with neuropathy pain at night. The price and quantity are excellent, not to mention the quality and taste!!

Products are Out of This World !!!!! One small exception is in the Packaging of your Moon Rocks, they are not packaged in any type of container only in sealed Bag which was messy and lots of the product was left sticking to the Bag , a recommendation is to use a jar container or at least wrap the Moon Rocks in Parchment Paper

This is the best delta 8 I've ever had. Good prices and fast delivery. Potent but not overwhelming. Great for sleep or relaxing. Big thanks to these guys.

It's been 4 weeks since I purchased a product from your online store for delivery, but it never arrived. Despite my attempts to reach your team almost every day, I haven't received a solution or update on the situation. I need a resolution as soon as possible.

Great value. I'm a fan of the products. They work well and have yet to disappoint. I have been purchasing the sample packs, I will say, so far, pineapple gummies have had the best flavor out of the 3 I have tried.
