Collar flexibilty and great fit
Found this collar whilst searching for a way to transition my pup to wearing a collar only. I liked the multi-purpose functionality of being able to switch between training mode and a collar. Purchased for our 18 month old Rotty and since starting to use the Canny Collar - being able to switch in and out of training mode on our walks, has provided our pup with in-time scenario specific feedback; that for us, has translated into new growth and greater understanding in how they interpret the world around them. Being able to switch between modes also helps us maintain the integrity of our pup's growing face and excess skin that mastiff breeds inherently come with. The size charts were easy to understand, measurements are on-point and the collar fits as intended.

Very prompt delivery
Very prompt delivery. Products are as ordered and seem well suited to their task. Until now my pup has pulled only once or twice. At just three months old, she weighs less than 3 kg so I am not rushing to use the Canny collar and lead yet. Another review when I have.

The service was excellent
The service was excellent, the collar was received within 4 days of purchase. I am delighted with the result which was exactly as promised. A very enthusiastic, 16mth old Golden Retriever, was self correcting himself after only 5mins! We now enjoy our walks together. Thank you.

We have not received the collar we ordered.
Did it go missing?
The guys at Canny were onto this quicker than you can imagine and I now have my Canny Collar. There was never any question about how good these collars are. There is nothing in the market that compares. Great product and great price.

After service was excellent
After service was excellent. Tony followed up with me not just once but three times, even after missed calls from each other. He Explained how to get the most out of the collar and gave me usefully dog tips I have already implemented. Between your collar and Tony's tips my dogs are so much easier to walk and be around. I could not thank Canny collar enough.

Canny collar is best collar on the market.better than slip lead as…
Canny collar better than slip lead as buckled collar keeps dog tethered when loop slips off nose. Canny sent the collar in fast time and was very reasonably priced considering it's the best collar on the market.
