She was very knowledgeable about each provider's policies, inclusions & exclusions. Also her follow-up care post-transfer has been explemplary. Her manner on the phone is also lovely, very friendly & caring.

My interaction with Chloe was professional and friendly. I was looking to review options regarding my hospital health fund. Chloe researched my details and sought appropriate clarification then offered me an alternate Health fund which had several benefits of interest. I discussed this with my wife and we decided to proceed. Chloe made herself available via mobile phone or e-mail to clarify any issues we may have. Once we chose to join the new fund, Chloe was still there in the background which I appreciated as I had several points that needed clarification. Chloe responded in a timely manner with concrete answers. We have been very pleased with our dealing with Chloe. We now await the new Health fund to debit our premium. Unfortunately the comparison, from my end, was in relation to the post 1 April price, and the contract I have entered is for 1 month only, then the price also goes up as well.
