Canvas Champ India Avis 

I just received my second order from Canvas Champ, IN and I'm totally satisfied. Shipping to the United States only took 6 days that's including processing! The package was shrink wrapped as before. And Fed Ex (Express-I didn't mention that in the first review, again delivered with signature acknowledgement (love that!) Item is exactly as designed, no flaws, and again, price was amazing! I Love this place!!

I am from India so not sure if Canvaschamp is providing better products elsewhere!

I have placed order twice with Canvas champ and both the times product delivered was damaged!

First time, the photo print of the product is folded at the corners and later within one week, the cheap glue used to mount the photo on board started appearing and since my wall hanging is white, everything started showing in the photo as greenish dirty patches. Thank of frame & photo provided at the cost is no match. However, when I reported the same, I was assured of reprint! So far I have not received it.

2nd product was a larger frame order almost in the same week or little later after the order of first frame, product was delivered and this time photo appeared ok but frame was badly Samved in one corner and because of which entire photo print was moving within the frame. To my surprise, they fixed the wall hanging hooks to the opposite end of the frame! I wonder what they were consuming while working on my order. When I reported the issue with photographic proof to their customer support, first they offered a reprint and later started giving excuses like send more photos, photos of ‘actual’ product, click photo in broad daylight light etc.

Anyways, I have burnt my fingers and I will never ever order any prints from CanvasChamp. They have a bad quality product for the money they charge and their backend team (workshop & customer support) are pathetic.

Since in India it’s easy for any company to get away with law, they have chosen to supply substandard products!

I wanted to share the photos of damaged product to add authenticity to my experience but I am not sure if I can do that on this site!

I had placed an order IN165850664853, with premium price for expedited delivery. But let alone expedited delivery when we called 4 days past promised date, they said we'll refund the extra money for speedy delivery and it will be delivered today. Again 4 days went by we called again. The rep said we'll investigate for 48 hours then have a say. We asked to cancel which he readily did with no effort to stop. Because the product was not ready most likely. Bogus company, they take the money and put in the market, earn profits without doing any work, then refund back. Customer service is pathetic beyond commenting.

First of all, they sent me different size photo frame which was of no use to me. Secondly the colour on the frame looked so faded and dull.

I had send the high quality dslr image which was not tampered and then also the quality was very worse.

I had ordered the frame size of 3.5inchx5inch framed print and I got large size approx 8x10 inch frame which doesnt fit on my wall rack.

And above all, it reached two days after the due date, even the express option was selected.

I placed an order with them one time and this is what happened -> I selected UPI as the payment method and paid through PhonePe. Though the payment was successful on my app, it never reflected on the website and the payment page eventually timed out. I went to the Orders page to check the status but it still showed as payment pending. As I really needed the painting for an occasion, I went ahead with the payment again and this time, I paid using PayTM and it was successful and the order was placed. As I paid twice for the same order, I thought I will eventually get a refund for my first payment. I waited for a few days and contacted their customer support but they never got back to me. I contacted PhonePe and CCAvenue (payment gateway) as well and they told me that the payment was already made to 'canvaschamp' and to contact them directly. The good part is that I received the painting I ordered but the bad part is that I paid twice for it. I would rate their customer support as ZERO.

I ordered a product but never received it. They didn't even bother to email when the product was shipped or when the product was out for delivery. I checked the status on the expected date of delivery and it showed that it was delivered 3days before. When I tried contacting canvas champ nobody had any answer for me for 3 days. After 3 days when I shouted they just emailed we will tell you when we hear back from our shipping agent. It's been 7 days since I raised a ticket and nobody even bothers to reply to email or update.. such a poor customer service.. It's a fraud company with no real customer service experience. If the product is lost you are at your own risk, they won't bother to even talk to you. I have literally been harassed by trying to reach out to them to give an answer but looks like they don't even know.

Updated review on 15th feb 2021: After posting this review i received reply from Matt who helped me out to trace the parcel and get it delieverd. thank you so much Matt. I am updating my rating to 3 only because of Matt. However, the customer service and shipping partner needs a serious update.

Totally un reliable website, they take more than 20 days and won't even respond . Once you pay and place order your money is gone .don't even bother placing and order

Dont know about other countries, but through India site my 4 x 6 prints turned out dull faded and horrible. I wonder how can they do large size wall mountings when they cant even get small photo prints right. The customer service replies with some stupid answers but donot accept their cheap quality product.
