This company prides itself with being a prestigiuos financial services company with special access to private banks and specialist lenders. They claim they are capable at dealing with complex transactions and funding requirements.

I unfortunately worked with them on a very simple mortgage deal and I have to say I was hugely underwhelmed by the lack of competence, access and proactiveness.

Also when trying to get in touch on phone numbers and emails, you will speak to people who belong to Hamptons International, not even knowing about the existence of Capital Private Finance. At first I thought it was a scam but then realised that they are just purely unprofessional and an empty shell of non prestigous incompetence.

Not worth the money they charge and I would not recommend them to anyone.
