Awful customer service- beware
Ordered the CES device from caputron as recommended by my doctor to help with a medical condition. Between ordering it and receiving it, I found a product from a different company that I felt would be more helpful. I called caputron to initiate a return of the unopened package. Had to pay $10 return postage plus was told that they would charge up to a 15% restocking fee, at the discretion of their warehouse. I spoke to 2 different customer service agents plus wrote to CEO asking that they not withhold 15% as it was unopened. No response from CEO and in the end they withheld the15% restocking fee. Company advertises satisfaction and easy returns…. Buyer beware. Better companies out there, like vielight and Neuronic both of which provide outstanding customer support and experience!
