I've ordered from Caramel twice now, always send things really quickly good communication. Sadly the trousers I ordered didn't fit properly so returned a few days ago so waiting for refund. Would order from again and recommend.

Company dispatched my item same day
Company dispatched my item same day, but unfortunately it seems to have been lost. I messaged seller and they advised I had to wait 2 weeks (appreciate that) and they could not track. Messaged 2 weeks later to advise, still not received. Caramel clothing responded after the holidays and refunded me so all good.

Unfortunately we were let down by Royal mail on this occasion. It does appear you order was lost and we are unable to track items under £15. We refunded your order and responded to all messages within 24 hours. Apologies once again for the inconvenience caused.
