Cardalloon Avis 

The card box came without packaging!! Just stamped the shipping postage on it! I mean seriously!!! All dirty! The printed msg wasn't properly printed. I couldn't remove the stamps without damage.. I contacted customer service and asked for pictures. After I send them they were "kind enough to offer a refound or a replacement. I ask for a replacement but I never got it ..... Really bad and not to mention expensive. They are way better options. I don't recommend at all!

Please don’t spend your money on something that will just end up in a landfill. Give it to the person’s favorite charity, buy them a gift card to their favorite restaurant, just give them the cash… there are so many better, easy options.

Terrible service and customer care. Ordered something for my son that lives on the West Coast, it was supposed to arrive today ( and I paid for this) and so far I will be lucky if it gets there in 48 hours. What is the point? Never doing business with them again.

The Cardalloon took 13 days to arrive. When opened, the balloon only inflated 75% of the way, so it did not have the desired effect. So disappointed

My Husband recomended Cardaloon as a way to bring some birthday joy to my mom. Unfortunately the way the website is built the system sent a $50 baloon to my home (based on my Apple Pay shipping address), instead of her address (no opportunity to type in a shipping address). When I wrote, within 10 minutes of ordering, to correct this... customer service offered no help.

I don't recommend, at least until they get these features, or their customer service issues resolved.

Ordered two, one by accident. Tried to have it cancelled but no on ever answered the call… 1h 15 mins on the phone and nothing. Then sent several emails regarding trying to cancel and was told it was too late. One package arrived to the destination, but the other never was delivered. Tried several times to call again and cannot speak to an actual person ever. No refund or anything for the second package. Worst experience ever

I could not say enough good things about this company! Their customer service was outstanding! They upgraded my shipping within minutes and everything arrived before expected. My mom loved the whole thing and was super happy! What a great company!

There was no warning that once the balloon inflates, it can’t go back. I opened to see how it would look and the surprise was then ruined, $50 down the drain. The sticker with my message was Also crooked and looked messy.

SUPER fast shipping! When there was a problem with receiving one of my orders Cardaloons staff replied right away ! I love unique gifts and this is for sure one !!! Will be using mannnny manny more times !!!!

Really enjoyed how easy they make this! Even when I messed up the message for my cardalloon, I emailed customer service and they fixed it quick! Plan on using them for all sorts of celebrations.

I sent 2 of these for birthdays and both recipients LOVED THEM! Thought they were really cool... It would be cool with some confetti...

Bought this for a friend for her birthday! I love sending unique gifts not Tun of the mill boring stuff. This just filled the bill for being different and very unique. It worked as I wished it would! Startled her twice! So well worth it! I would definitely buy again.

The first Cardalloon that I order did not inflate. The surprise was ruined. Thankfully, we had video evidence that the balloon did not inflate, so Cardalloon sent a duplicate.

This is the second time I've sent a cardaloon. Both recipients were surprised and delighted. When the box's big red button is hit, the box starts shaking and as the balloon inflates, your giftee's face invariably lights up. Recommended.

The product is nice and the recipient enjoyed it. I had problems with my three orders and the lack of response, not answering phones and then delayed of response puts them at a 2. The disappointment I provided, twice, was retorted with a dismissive I'll share it with the team.

I have twice ordered the yellow masked happy birthday balloon and both recipients absolutely loved it. My orders were delivered on time. I will use Cardalloon again!!

I’ve purchased cardalloon twice and the first time we got a great video huge suprise!!! The second not so much the balloon inflated like a wet noodle. Slow and incomplete. Def not the big surprise I wanted. I wanted a refund but the return policy says you have to have the balloon to do a return. Hard to ask for your gift back 🤷🏻‍♀️

Love this product! It is a hit every time I send it to someone. I always get a video back of their reactions to opening it. The attached card is a thoughtful and helpful touch. Highly recommend it for all ages and occasions.
