All of those who helped me at Cardinal Financial were professional, helping me work through the different layers of getting my loan in completed. Wes and Guy went over and above what was needed to get my loan qualified and funded. I would recommend Cardinal Financial to anyone.

As a notary, I took a signing for Omnia Title Corp. When I arrived at the signing, the signer decided to change her mind and not sign. At this time, I called the loan officer contact, Steve D of Cardinal Financial Company in Charlotte, North Carolina. After speaking with the signer, Steve informed me to that the signing wasn’t going to take place and I would be paid for the mileage and print fee. After several months passed, the signing was forgotten for the moment. After going through the years signings / audits, it was then noticed that the signing had not been paid. At this time, I called the loan officer, Steve. While speaking with him, I noticed he seemed a little put off that I called him about the payment. He asked questions such as, why you waited so long to call. I explained to him I had no reason to believe he wouldn’t pay. Steve didn’t seem to want to take responsibility for the fact that despite how long it took me to call, the fact is, I shouldn’t have had to call at all. He then told me he’s not responsible for paying me, the person that is responsible for paying me would be someone named, Jonathan R of Omnia Title Corp.
I then call Jonathan and explained the situation to him. He didn’t seem to have a problem with the paying and he also understood that I shouldn’t have had to call and ask for payment in the first place. Jonathan informed me that he would pay me my print and mileage fee and I should receive it in a week or so.
After a couple of weeks of not receiving my payment, I called him again. Johnathon informed me that the payment was scheduled to leave out this week and I should receive it in a few days. To date, I still have not received my payment.
Unfortunately, it seems if these companies will not pay you unless you ask for your payment and if you wait too long to ask for payment, they see that as an opportunity not to pay. Beware of these organizations.

Experience a lendee should expect and more! We really had a great experience and the process was so smooth. Working with Dawn Vakula made all the difference for us. I cannot recommend Dawn or Cardinal enough.

Cardinal Financial and Michael Tang were very resourceful, creative and diligent in closing my refinance. Michael always offered very creative solutions and alternatives. Cardinal Financial was able to close on the refinance where 3 other companies failed to.
I highly recommend Cardinal Financial for their customer focus.

As a Local Ohana we appreciate and blessed for all that Darren has done for us. He treated us like we was his own family as we would say "Hanai". Great experience with the Cardinal Financial team in Incline Village! Highly professional and very knowledgeable! Excellent communication by their team throughout the loan acquisition process. They provided consistent updates. Processed information in a very thorough and timely manner. They completed the loan approval process ahead of our schedule with no issues. I purchased my beautiful new home on Jan 7th 2022. Simply put, without my loan officer, Sonia Nangia, this would have not been possible. And this is not an overstatement at all.
From the beginning, this was an incredibly complicated and difficult transaction involving 3 other co-signers. In fact, my loan was already denied by another lender after the initial approval. But Sonia took the wheel, steering all involving parties. Without any exaggeration, I have never seen any professional, regardless of which field they are in, work hard and ferocious as Sonia does. There were countless calls, emails, updates, and at the end of the day, she will simply refuse to take no as an answer; she would work until everything is done.
Once again, it is because of Sonia Nangia, I’m writing this testimonial in my lovely sun-filled living room. She is simply the best

We have only been with Cardinal Financial fir 2 months. It has been an absolute nightmare. To start with their online sire says to make first payment via snail mail. We waited a month fir our check to be cashed but then payed online so we would not be late. 6 weeks later we receive our check back saying that we paid twice. They had our check the whole time but never cashed it. They just let me worry and pay again. Now our Hazard insurance Co is saying they never received payment from Escrow. Cardinal says they sent. Again via snail mail, 3 weeks ago. They can't do anything about it not arriving for 45 days. By then our insurance will cancel. Don't bother calling them either. Their agents are trained to repeat the same thing over and over. They cannot help uou at all. I don't even think any of them even know what the company they are working fir does.

Our experience with Cardinal Finance was a positive experience thanks to the diligence of two employees who worked on our case. We were first approached by Chase who asked us if their agency could help us through a refinance after we were severely scared by another company and almost lost our home. Michael O'Hara then stepped in and helped us refinance our home through Cardinal Finance at a much lower rate of interest, lower monthly payments and no balloon payments. Michael O'Hara I s a true caring individual. He is very professional but helps people because he cares and does not treat individuals like they are inadequate because they don't understand procedures or forms.
All individuals who helped us through our refinance were kind and helpful. Working with Cardinal Finance was a positive experience
