Disappointing

Had a great coupon code so switched from a company we typically use for our business holiday cards. Design part was easy and user friendly. My issues began at checkout. The "proof view" shows design off center, so I thought I did something wrong, but as soon as I left the cart to fix the design, my coupon code disappeared. I called, customer service rep was helpful and polite - I was told I would be emailed a proof and he restored my coupon. Then I received an email that my order had been confirmed, without receiving a proof. I then emailed customer service - the "proof view" issue is known by the company and even the proof they ended up sending after already starting production was an image that still did not display what my order actually looked like - this is not a proof. Overall card quality was disappointing and the envelopes that came with the cards did not match the cards at all. They were a real dark wine red or maroon when all the reds in the card, including the entire back side of the card is a true vibrant red (like our logo - which is part of the reason I chose the card to begin with), not the end of the world but really annoying after everything else. I could not imagine paying full price for these. Will not be a returning customer.

We still have not received the cards

We still have not received the cards. For whatever reason you folks decided, this time, to send through the USPO instead of to our address via UPS or some other company. As of now - cards not received.

Business holiday cards

The cards turned out extremely well

The cards turned out extremely well, as always. The only snag was that the art department kept asking me to send higher resolution images, which we did not have. I repeatedly responded that we wanted to go with what we had provided. Finally, they accepted that decision and the final product turned out absolutely fine! Good thing to keep in mind: The photos are smallish and no one who receives the card will closely inspect the images!

Score, Cards Direct…..twice!!

This was the second time I ordered these particular Christmas cards. I loved them a few years back, and on my annual search of the perfect card, I couldn’t find anything I liked better. The only drawback from my first order was the color of the envelope…..it wasn’t an exact match of red to the back side of the card. So I inquired about a change, and lo and behold, Cards Direct perfected it!

Pretty pink ornaments cards…

My Christmas cards are absolutely gorgeous!! The beautiful pink ornaments scream the holidays and are perfect for breast cancer awareness. The customer service was outstanding and my cards arrived quickly.

Excellent quality, great value, fast delivery

Excellent quality, easy to use customizations on the website, excellent savings, fast delivery. Wonderful experience by ordering over the phone because we had trouble ordering online. The customer service representative, sadly forgot her name, was excellent and worked with me step by step through the entire process. I have been a customer of Cards Direct for at least 13 years. I know this because I have kept one card from each order. I would not have remained with Cards Direct if the quality of the product was not first rate. Additionally the cards come promptly and are well packaged. The prices have remained very affordable throughout all these years. As you can tell I am a very satisfied customer.
