The process wasn't clear
The process wasn't clear. I purchased family cover because my husband and I hire cars independently but my certificate shows me as the policy holder and only my husband as a lead driver. I have had to raise a query which will take up to 5 days to resolve

I had a problem where I entered the wrong dates on the policy (a month out), this was resolved really quickly and for free and in a really responsive and friendly way. All great indicators of great customer service.

The policy was for a 3 month rental……
The policy was for a 3 month rental… but it has renewed itself after a year. Despite contacting them, I have been emailed to tell them me that they are about to renew the policy for another year?!
