Cancelled policy next day after buying…
Cancelled policy next day after buying within cooling off period and still no confirmation or refund of money… disappointing considering claims process on previous policies was much quicker and pleasant experience. Clearly not interested in customers who just want to cancel!

Needed to change dates of renewal and deferred start date so phoned and this was done for me straight away. Always found price unbeatable for me but fortunately never had to make a claim.

Website is simple, clear and fast; I can’t suggest any improvement to the process.
When I needed to claim on a previous trip Eversure’s online process was responsive and helpful and I quickly received a full payment against a Spanish car hire excess charge having been bumped whilst parked.
