second time i have used these guys, very good service, they did exactly what they said they would; for a fixed price, even though the process was complicated by a new dash in my vehicle; i had one visit to unlock the vehicle & decided to get a separate visit the following day for a spare key for the vehicle; both of the tech guys were brilliant, would highly recommend

Had a very good experience with a quick response when my van could not be started.
The prices were quoted before work started and the engineer was very helpful and explained what had to be done to get me back up and running.

On time, experienced with 30 year old Mercedes, went above and beyond checking fuses, relays and ignition barrel for what initially seemed like a faulty but responsive key, solved in the end. Great service, friendly staff

Fast and very competent. And so much cheaper and more user-friendly than the dealership. Neither of my Range Rover car keys were working. The dealership wanted £288 to diagnose the issue, with the repair then being charged in addition. Instead I went to Car Key Solutions who did the diagnostic for free, and fixed the problem for much less than the dealership’s diagnostic charge. All same day. I’m genuinely surprised and delighted.

The locksmith arrived promptly. There was no fuss. He just got on with the job and was so helpful, with absolutely no damage to our car. We were also charged a reasonable price. We would highly recommend. Thank you so much.

5***** all around so happy with this company and especially Aswin who came and fitted our ghost 2 Pro outstanding service I’ve not left the review straight away I’ve waited a week to make sure everything was good and honestly it’s perfect Aswin turned up on Saturday morning at 9am and cracked straight on with the work even with the rain he ensured to cover my car so the interior didn’t get wet! He explained everything perfectly and even when asked questions about the product he was very knowledgeable booked them on a Friday had it fitted Saturday morning Very competitively priced for a mobile service! I was getting the same quote from garages all in all I cannot recommend this company enough absolutely outstanding!

I needed a spare key for my Volvo car and enquired at many outlets as to what may be the problem with the one that I had. I had tried to fathom out why it was not working but whatever I did or whoever I consulted, no satisfactory explanation was presented to me. that is until I asked "Car Key Solutions" to provide me with a new key". They readily agreed to come to my home and programme or whatever it is they do to set up a new key for me. They arrived promptly as arranged. I explained to the mechanic why I needed a new key and produced the old one that was not working. He was very understanding and after a short conversation and a quick disappearance into the back of his van returned the key to me in perfect working order. To say that that I was embarrassed after learning what was the fault would be an understatement. Suffice to say that I as a man of advanced years I was doubly impressed in the manner that I was dealt with and willingly paid the callout fee and minor part cost. Brilliant service and company highly recommended.
