Couldn’t ask for a better service
Couldn’t ask for a better service. £42 cheaper than local Volvo dealers. And they come to your door so saving the agro involved with booking it in, waiting and then go back to pick it up from the dealership. All in all very happy with the service I received.

Would have been 5stars but they…
Would have been 5stars but they couldn’t get a engineer out until the following day although they state that they are 24/7 and when they did get a engineer out he didn’t have the correct lead so had to wait another day , but when they did get the correct lead they had it fixed within the hour , but they got me out of a tricky situation so I was grateful.

Thank you for your feedback. We'd just like to clarify that while our phone lines are available 24/7, our engineers do not operate overnight. As a result, same-day appointments cannot always be guaranteed, particularly when our schedule is fully booked. We're pleased we were able to resolve the issue quickly and that we could help you out of a difficult situation.

Installation of locks & plates on van
I used Car Keys Solutions to install locks and plates on my new van. They came to install quickly and efficiently. The true test of a service is when things don't go so well - and in fact there was a small problem with the installation, but Natalie (my main contact) and Tudor (her manager) were extremely good in communicating with me and organising the solution. It was all fully rectified with no fuss, so they passed the test 100 %, I was very impressed. Based on my experience, I would fully recommend this company, especially Natalie who was very professional and decent, for any lock work.
