Slick and professional service

The submission of finance application was swift and professionally handled. Arranging the handover of vehicle given my tight schedule to return to Northern Ireland by ferry was without hassle. Great customer service which I highly recommend.

First class service from start to finish
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely cannot fault e-car lease. From the second I put in my request for an Ioniq 6 N, Lee was on it. Bear in mind the car hadn’t even arrived in the UK yet. A few weeks later and the car was delivered. Sarah made the finance admin and delivery stages feel completely stress-free. Honestly one of the smoothest leasing experiences I’ve ever had. Huge thanks to Lee and Sarah — if you’re even thinking about an EV lease, these are your people. I will definitely be using them again for my next lease.

Honestly a great company to deal with
Honestly a great company to deal with, I dealt with Ryan Finnerty and found him to be very helpful and responsive. I put in a request late on an evening, the next day I had a phone call from Ryan saying the deal had sold out but he had managed to source some more vehicles.
For contrast, I had spoken to another company that morning who had told me it was in stock, then called back 20 minutes later saying it wasn't. So Ryan had clearly gone above and beyond to source the car.
From the point of order to delivery everything was seamless, I had to change the delivery date a couple of times and that was no problem. Everyone I spoke to has been brilliant and will definitely use them in a few years time!

...and wow - what a fantastic experience! Excellent service phoned Lee beginning…
Excellent service phoned Lee beginning of March but missed out on smart #3 which was on great at the time.Lee took my details and said he’ll get back to me if anymore become available.
Mid March get the phone call off Lee saying the smart #3 premier we’re available again on better deal than before but he told me we could have the Brabus edition for 30 pounds more and all colours were available.Lee also helped with E signature and paper work which was different to the normal way and Lee was always available when calling e car lease.
We took delivery of our smart #3 Brabus yesterday and really happy with it.

Great first experience leasing
This was our first time leasing and e-car lease were really great. I saw the company reviews on Trustpilot and elsewhere, which gave me confidence, and I can understand why. There was a really competitive deal on the car I went on to get, and James picked up our enquiry. He was friendly and clear with guiding us through the process to get the car as quickly as possible. The included Zapmap Premium subscription has been invaluable on our first holiday in the car and I would absolutely lease again based on our experience so far, including with e-car lease!
