First leasing experience
Had a great experience using E-Car Lease for my new Peugeot 2008! Although delivery took a little longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances, Andy kept me updated throughout the process and did everything he could to help speed things along. This is my first time using a lease…
This is my first time using a lease company and I have been so impressed with the whole process. From start to finish it has been seamless with Car Leasing. I found the deal I wanted on an VW ID7 GTX Plus 4 Motion and made an enquiry to the company, receiving details of the quote back within hours. My contact was Owen Stout and he provided a fantastic service and was a pleasure to deal with from the off. Once I accepted the deal from their portal everything was done electronically. I submitted my application and Owen rang me the next day to confirm it had been accepted and was lovely to speak to. He forwarded all the necessary documents for me to complete which only took minutes to do. As this was a factory order it was then just a case of waiting, and there was a delay of a couple of weeks from the manufacturer but Owen provided regular updates. Once the car was available he let me know immediately and I was then contacted by Sarah in admin to arrange a delivery date, and again she was a pleasure to deal with. On delivery day the car arrived on a delivery truck on time and Jason from the delivery company was excellent. I have now had the car for 3 days and I am delighted with it. The whole process was brilliant and I feel that the company really does care about the service it offers, and about it’s Customers, offering the highest level of service throughout the whole process, which makes a refreshing change these days, so I would highly recommend this lease company if you want a great service for your leased vehicle.
