Good pre-sales, but abysmal aftercare for multiple poorly prepped vehicles
The initial ordering process was smooth, but the aftercare once the vehicles arrived was appalling. We ordered TWO 'brand new' Smart #1 Brabus vehicles through them, and both arrived with severe issues.
First, be warned: their delivery confirmation email includes a legally unenforceable scare tactic stating, 'Anything noticed once the driver has left will not be covered.' This is an attempt to override your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Car 1 arrived with multiple defects, including a yellow compound defect marker literally still drawn on the bumper, a panel wave/dent, and heavy machine-polisher buffer trails. When reported, the broker tried to offer a £50 'valet' to wash away what required professional bodyshop correction, and then my Account Manager went completely silent.
Car 2 arrived with wildly inconsistent paint depths across the panels (ranging from 120 to 180 microns on a single door). While another dealer brushed this off as 'acceptable industry standard' for factory or port preparation, it hardly screams premium quality.
Supplying one botched car is a mistake; supplying two to the exact same address shows a complete failure to vet their logistics and supply chain. If you want a broker who will actually fight your corner when things go wrong, look elsewhere.

Thank you for detailing the experience with your two vehicles. Obviously we are sorry to hear about the poor delivery experiences; given you had two vehicles go equally wrong, we can see why you have been so frustrated with this 1-star review.
Just to address some of the concerns you have raised:
• Our pre-delivery email is used to protect customers. Once a customer has signed for a vehicle, our leasing broker services have effectively ended. It isn’t to override legal rights or to scare you; we just cannot help a customer who alleges vehicle damage / issues for a vehicle that they have a signed a vehicle delivery note for. As we sit in-between the finance company and supplying dealership, the issues don’t to pertain to our services and is not something we control. However, we want our customers to understand their full obligations at the point of delivery;
• We often contribute to a customer’s valet (from our own expenses), as many vehicle issue in our industry arise a delivery stage. In some instances, this does resolve the contended issue. We offer this to limit frustration, not cause it;
• Account Manager service- please can you evidence the silence to us. We should always be responsive regardless of the conversation and we are always here to help;
• Vehicle quality - vehicles supplied in the leasing industry are not “showroom” quality in all instances. We do put this in our covering emails / quotes to allow customers to make informed decisions. Many customers are happy to accept this, as the discounts and deals we offer mean considerable savings. And as a usership product (you never own the vehicle), the material difference is often not a point of contention. But at the same time, if you feel the product is poor, this should be escalated to the manufacturer (Smart) as it is not acceptable;
• Supply Chain – we have a valued and unique supplier for the Smart EV deals. They supply hundreds of vehicles for us and a fraction do wrong. You are not the only customer to have issues in this process. However, if we stopped dealing with every supplier because of a delivery issue or product defect, we would have no suppliers remaining. We don’t mean to sound callous, it is just a fact of the industry and the process. In most cases, the issue is put right.

Slick and professional service
From the first enquiry to taking ownership of the vehicle Paul, Sarah and their team in Leigh provided excellent service. Feedback on mails were prompt and efficient. The submission of finance application was swift and professionally handled. Arranging the handover of vehicle given my tight schedule to return to Northern Ireland by ferry was without hassle. Great customer service which I highly recommend.

First class service from start to finish
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely cannot fault e-car lease. From the second I put in my request for an Ioniq 6 N, Lee was on it. Bear in mind the car hadn’t even arrived in the UK yet. A few weeks later and the car was delivered. Sarah made the finance admin and delivery stages feel completely stress-free. Honestly one of the smoothest leasing experiences I’ve ever had. Huge thanks to Lee and Sarah — if you’re even thinking about an EV lease, these are your people. I will definitely be using them again for my next lease.

Honestly a great company to deal with
Honestly a great company to deal with, I dealt with Ryan Finnerty and found him to be very helpful and responsive. I put in a request late on an evening, the next day I had a phone call from Ryan saying the deal had sold out but he had managed to source some more vehicles.
For contrast, I had spoken to another company that morning who had told me it was in stock, then called back 20 minutes later saying it wasn't. So Ryan had clearly gone above and beyond to source the car.
From the point of order to delivery everything was seamless, I had to change the delivery date a couple of times and that was no problem. Everyone I spoke to has been brilliant and will definitely use them in a few years time!

...and wow - what a fantastic experience! Excellent service phoned Lee beginning…
Excellent service phoned Lee beginning of March but missed out on smart #3 which was on great at the time.Lee took my details and said he’ll get back to me if anymore become available.
Mid March get the phone call off Lee saying the smart #3 premier we’re available again on better deal than before but he told me we could have the Brabus edition for 30 pounds more and all colours were available.Lee also helped with E signature and paper work which was different to the normal way and Lee was always available when calling e car lease.
We took delivery of our smart #3 Brabus yesterday and really happy with it.
