Good service but a bit slow
The staff were friendly and professional, and the clinic was clean and well organized. However, the waiting time was longer than expected and the process felt a bit rushed. Overall, it was okay, but there is room for improvement.

Hi Natalie, I'm sorry that you felt you received a 3* service.
As mentioned in my email to you last week, I couldn't find any reference to your name, email address or booking in our records for any services we provide so unfortunately I cannot look to improve this area - we do already allocate 1hr for travel appointments (often 15-30mins in other clinics).
If you are sure it was Carnforth Travel Clinic within Carnforth Pharmacy which you interacted with then please do reply to the email I sent with more information and we'll do what we can to improve.
If it wasn't us that you visited then you are most welcome to visit us next time you need travel vaccines and I'm sure you will find our service 5*.

Ben was incredibly professional and made me feel incredibly comfortable having my travel vaccines! He went through all the information and recommendations thoroughly and helped me through my future trips - I would go back every time I’m in need of advice and travel vaccines

Our consultation with Ben was friendly, detailed and informative and he was happy to answer any questions. We have a clear idea now of vaccinations needed and those which are discretionary, according to risk.

Very positive expedience
Very positive expedience. The Pharmacist, Ben, was approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The Consultation, about travel vaccinations, was thorough and informative. I felt able, at any stage to ask questions or seek clarification.
Without doubt I would return to Carnforth Pharmacy and recommend the Travel Risk Assessment service to others.
