With an ever growing carp fishing community, excellent stock levels and fast delivery we aim to get the products you want into your hands fast so you can fish sooner. If anything goes wrong we will always help to put things right and with our carp fishing group on Facebook, awesome giveaways, free extras in every order and customer service we are proud of, you can shop with confidence and securely with carp global. Family run independent tackle retailers since 2017.

Please remember we will always put things right for you if there is a problem. If you need help with a carp global product or service the first thing we ask is that you open a help and support ticket on the website (before leaving any review) you can do this by pressing help on any page on carp-shop.co.uk, we will always resolve any issues or give appropriate advice when necessary but we need folks to be patient so we can investigate and resolve issues properly.

Dear Jean Pitte,

We are sorry for the misunderstanding with this order:

We do not ship to France at this time, and if we did would not be able to send bait products due to the change to import / export law.

Our site (www.carp-shop.co.uk) will not allow postal orders from outside the UK, to get around this it seems you chose "in store collection"

We did initially pick the order and prepare it for collection, when you did not collect we contacted you.

When we spoke in email, we agreed that you were clearly not going to travel from France to Preston UK for one 1kg bag of Nutrabaits boilies.

We therefore refunded the order, you will have had a notification of this and the money will have been returned to your payment method.

All of this was taken care of quite a while ago.

We hope that you manage to find a Nutrabaits stockist in Europe who can provide the products that you want.
