Fantastic job!!
We recently had our carpets cleaned and were lucky enough to have John assigned to us. He did an absolutely amazing job — the carpets look and feel so much fresher, almost like new!
John was polite, professional, and clearly takes great pride in his work. He didn’t rush the job and made sure every area was properly cleaned. It’s rare these days to come across someone who genuinely cares about doing a thorough job, but John definitely does. Thank you, John!

Good service
Mike turned up on time and was efficient and friendly. He was polite and just went about cleaning the carpets without any need for my help. He answered my questions and was respectful and careful of all my belongings. The whole experience was easy and excellent service all round from booking the appointment to Mike doing a good job .

Amazing Alvin
Alvin arrived and immediately put us at ease. He was passionate about doing a great job and checked in with us regularly to ensure we were happy with the results. We had 1 x double mattress clean, 2 bedroom carpets, landing and stairs. With 2 dogs in the house he had his work cut out for him, but did it all with humour and a smile on his face. Will definitely use Carpet Bright again

Stains resurface when carpet dries out
Carpets look amazing when just done when encouraged to write a reivew. However all the old stains resurface when the carpet dried out. It is a very light carpet so perhaps harder to clean. But based on that I wouldnt have them cleaned again.
