Super effective clean, great service, excellent outcome!
Fast, professional and helpful. Zac from CarpetBright arrived promptly for the appointment and just did our carpets in our rental home, with professional steam and water cleaning.
The admin team explained all the pricing and packages in advance and they take your number of rooms and approximate measurements (although you can always add on extras at the time).
Our carpets were so dirty that they extracted literal MUD from them, but he added the protection layer as well and the carpets have been left smelling fresh and feeling great.
All in all, super smooth and efficient and well worth the money. Can definitely recommend!

Andriano took time to listen to my problem and used a few different treatments to try to eliminate the smell of urine in the carpet.

FABULOUS SERVICE!
They gave me a price over the phone for a room, two staircases
two hallways. I told them that my rooms are very large, and that I was sure the price was too low. They said if the price was going to be higher they would debit my card accordingly. A very helpful guy arrived on time, and did an amazing job: my ten year old carpets look almost brand new. When I asked him what the extra charge would be, he said "We stick by our quotes". AMAZING!!
