The carpet delivered was incorrect
The carpet delivered was incorrect. The representative from their claim department was uncooperative. She pressured us to lift the heavy carpet and deliver it to the freight center even though it was not our mistake. We spent two hours coordinating with carpet express and the freight center. It was an extremely stressful situation for us. We had to spend twice the money in labor.

Freight returns—especially on large carpet rolls—can involve coordination with third-party carriers and handling requirements that are unfortunately outside of our direct control. That said, our goal is always to help guide customers through the process and find the most practical resolution available.
