Great Price and response time.

Carpet Express took care of my flooring order quickly and professionally. They kept me informed on status of delivery and the delivery was a very good experience.

Recieved product approximately 2½- 3 weeks late from what was specified in email.

The process was easy staff was courteous and helpful with all the process!

They had exactly what I wanted. They shipped it ouin two days, and kept constant contact with me.

From my very first interaction with Alan at Carpet Express, I knew I was in great hands. He has been an absolutely stellar representative of this company. I first submitted a quote request on their website, and Alan personally called me the same day; not just to process the order, but to really understand our needs.

When it came time to choose the underlayment, there were so many options that Alan said, “Let me send you a few samples so you can feel the difference.” To my surprise, the samples arrived within a couple of days - free of charge! No request for a credit card or payment of any kind. That thoughtful step gave us the confidence to make the right choice.

Then our project hit a delay, which meant we couldn’t receive the underlayment right away. Alan never pressured us or rushed the process. Instead, he held our order (all 24k square feet of underlayment!) until we were ready. His patience was truly a godsend!

The best part? The price Alan quoted at the very beginning was exactly what we paid at the end. No hidden costs, no surprises. Everything was transparent, fair, and handled with total professionalism.

Always shipping quick . only once happened we ordered 10 rolls 1 came with irregular line in the carpet. took photos and called once . very helpful Linda she replaced the roll with same dye lot in 2 days . and thats why i leave a good feed back 👌👌👌

I've asked REPEATEDLY for you to not give my orders to Southern Freight lines but again you did it. You took their side in the argument as well. They were supposed to make the delivery on Thurs, then Friday, then they promised they would do it Monday. I never heard a word out of them on Monday. I called on Tuesday and they said they 'forgot. Then all hell broke loose to Tuesday when they were suppose to deliver. I had AGAIN told them they would have to give me at least an hours notice. They didn't. I was told by the new people that I now order vinyl from the problem. The freight companies are now unionized and make every excuse for being lazy. The problem is you took their side. Good by

I received an order that was way below expectation. Very unsatisfied, I tried to return what I purchased. There was no effort to try to make this right by the Carpet Express, claiming that if I wanted to the make the return I would be responsible for all shipping and restocking fees. The cost to return would be more than half of the purchase. There was no product info for what I bought on the website, and if there was a proper description instead of false positive reviews then I wouldn't have made the purchase. My experience with Carpet Express was terrible and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Sonja was our customer service person. She was very helpful and if she didn't know the answer she found out. Everything she did was prompt. She made this experience very easy.

I needed to replace our basement carpet after some flooding. After checking a handful of different sites, I opted for Carpet Express because they had the best prices. I'm so glad I did. After purchase, I quickly received a personalized email from a sales associate to finalize shipping. They made sure the timing worked for me and then had it shipped ASAP. I was genuinely surprised by how great the service was. I'd highly recommend this company.

I called Debra and she immediately sent me pictures of carpet inside the warehouse and padding. We talked several times. The product was delivered on time. Great customer service.

My husband and I are in the process of selling our home. One of the rooms had needed flooring, and we never got around to installing it after we had purchased it. We contacted Carpet Express, and Lagretta was absolutely amazing! She understood our predicament with needing flooring to be able to sell our home, and she helped us ever step if the way!! Dowin installed our carpet so fast and without any issues! He was wonderful! The room looks completely different, and we are so excited! Carpet Express made our experience simple and easy. We will be using them again!!

Called to get information on duramax 13.5 vinyl flooring and am glad I did. The customer service was above and beyond expectations and was able to get the flooring at an extra discounted price. Ordered it on a Friday and it arrived at a freight location on Tuesday. Flooring feels high quality and durable. Will be using this company again!

Gabriel helped me pick a really good and comfortable carpet. Been a couple weeks since I got it installed and I’m really happy with it and extremely thankful for Gabriel’s help
