Sonja is great! Floor Tek Installers very skilled and professional. Need my carpet installed on a Saturday. Customers work full time and it is very disruptive to have to schedule a workday off and have to make up the time on a weekend.

Allen was a wonderful communicator and an excellent salesman. He answered all of my questions, and made sure that I had everything I needed. I gave him a price range for carpet and a stipulation that it needed to be 30 oz or more. He gave me several great options and let me have a few days to choose the right color. We when over the room size and double checked the amount before I ordered. I will definitely come back and buy more carpet from carpet express.

Discontinued Shaw vinyl plank flooring match
We needed to match Shaw vinyl plank flooring installed by our builder four years ago. It was recently discontinued and unable to be purchased through conventional means. Internet searching led us to Carpet Express who had our flooring in their inventory. They had an excellent price, ordering was easy, and delivery was quick and flawless. The Carpet Express staff is awesome to work with and keeps you updated with emails and phone calls.
