Great company, fast responses, good prices, fast and efficient, we have used multiple times and would use again

We have used Carpets At Home for multiple rooms in our house and we are absolutely delighted with the service every time. Joanne and I felt looked after from the start, with honest advice and help choosing the right carpet for each room.

The measuring and fitting were organised quickly, the fitters turned up when they said they would, and they were clean, tidy and respectful in our home. The workmanship is excellent and the finish looks spot on.

It is rare to find a company that is this reliable and friendly, with such high standards. We would happily recommend Carpets At Home and we will definitely use them again.

It’s ideal for a woman on her own and very convenient that they come to you. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

Excellent customer service from first communication to to completion . Really pleased with our new flooring , the fitter has done a great job & was very respectful whilst working in our home . I highly recommend this lovely company & will definitely use again in the future .

We’ve used this company 3 years ago for our living room and hall/stairs & landing carpets. Looking for carpets for all 4 bedrooms we tried them again and they didn’t disappoint. They brought samples to our home, all very good quality and a good price. The ordering and fitting process was very efficient. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Thank you so much — we absolutely love our new flooring - LVT herringbone! From start to finish, the team at Carpets at Home were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and the final result looks fantastic. We’re so pleased with the quality of the work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Great experience throughout - from measuring, price, through to fitting. All staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Recommended through a friend and we got them out for a Stair runner. So happy with the job we got them out again to do the Bedroom within weeks. Quick, friendly, no messing about, great quality and cheapest quote we had for both jobs. Cant recommend these guys enough.

In store experience was excellent. Explained what we were looking for, and was guided to the perfect carpet. From measuring up, to fitting, the fitters and shop staff, were friendly and knowledgeable. Carpet looks beautiful, and quality is excellent. Would not hesitate to use again.

Beautiful flooring done this week laminate, vinyl and carpet, great experience from this company from the first visit with the samples.

Very impressed with the quality of the products and their prices. Quickly installed and really pleased with them

I contacted Carpets At Home after seeing their advert on Facebook. After reading so many positive reviews I arranged an appointment with them to measure. They responded very quickly and when they arrived they had plenty of samples to choose from and very knowledgeable about their products. After choosing my carpet I was very surprised how reasonably priced it was as I had been quoted so much more previously at a high street store! They were very accommodating with the time to suit me as I was finishing off some decorating first. Ashley came to fit my carpet yesterday and I can honestly say how impressed I was with the quality and thickness of the carpet I chose. Far better than any I’d seen in other carpet shops. He took care not to mark any of my walls, was so pleasant and did a fantastic job!! Hoovered and cleaned up and all taken away too. I will definitely be using them again for the rest of the rooms we are in the middle of finishing! Great job, great family business and would highly recommend to anyone.

Highly professional, quick and reasonably priced. Would recommend

Made up with my flooring. Highly recommend. Will definitely be using them again.

Another job done for me from carpets at home so pleased with the quality and colour of my flooring and a job well done by the young man who came to fit it .

It took just 3 days from measure to fitting for our new carpet to be fitted . The job took just about 45mins .
Service was amazing and good quality product . Would highly recommend

Highly recommend them, from start to finish very professional and no hard selling. Mark and Ben done a excellent job.

This is the second time I have used this company and I will return in the future too.
Good communication, good range of carpets to choose from, no pushy sales and good availability on times and dates. Neil was very accommodating on measuring up and when choosing the carpet, Ashley kept me up to date, and the carpet fitters did a lovely job. Thank you to all. 😊
