Change of final offer
Received 2 text offers, higher offer was what initiated conversation for me. 5 days after doing virtual inspection I was made a final offer, congratulating me, only asking for documents and then they would send Docusign contract. I sent through documents that day but then another 2 days of no contact and me calling and texting multiple times a day then received a call back saying that they decided to change their mind and offer a lot less than the agreed final amount. Wasted a lot of time on this, I do not recommend.

The initial offer discussions were based on the information available during the early assessment stage. During the verification process, additional concerns relating to the vehicle were identified, which impacted the final valuation and ability to proceed further at the originally discussed figure.
As these findings changed the assessment outcome, the purchase was ultimately not progressed further.
