Car supermarket in Hessle , Hull No pressure sales staff , extremely helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble , great experience to what can be a pain when looking for a new car , would highly recommend

Called in to look at a car we thought was at Newcastle Branch. Salesman Mark openly explained the car was in Scunthorpe, he explained the process and fee for having it moved to his branch in a matter of days.

Within a couple of days Mark contacted us to say car was available to view. We arranged a viewing.

We viewed the car, Mark checked over our part ex and we had a test drive of the new car. The figures were very fair and we bought the car (which was very well presented).

You can go to dealerships/car centres and feel intimidated etc throughout the process.

However, we found Marks style very much aligned to ours. He was professional, informative, helpful, not pushy and friendly. Everything you want from a car salesman.

The Newcastle dealership was a pleasant environment to be in with nice coffee too!

We would certainly look hete again when time to change our car.

Good salesmen, they worked hard at getting us the deal which we wanted. Gary took us out for a decent test drive despite us arriving near closing time on a Sunday. Jack the salesman found the missing second key a few days after we collected the car and sent it to us using Royal Mail signed for which arrived safely and promptly.

The salesman Jon was very patient, introducing us different cars according to our needs. On top of that, he gave us sufficient time to make decisions, making our experience at Car Supermarket a relaxing and amazing one.

I dealt with someone called Connor I think in a call centre initially then picked up the car from Preston- every person I dealt with was fabulous and it was all so simple to arrange via email. Everything was sorted before I even arrived so it was literally grab the keys and go. Having had a hideous time with other dealerships and almost giving up I’m so glad I found these guys.

From the first time I saw the car online and enquired about the car I received a call and secured a deposit in the same day, It was transferred to a garage near me where I could go test drive and then buy. The car was immaculate 5 star valet service. I couldn't be happier with my new car.

I had a great experience at CarSupermarket.com Barnsley because the place is light and airy, such a great variety of excellent quality and affordable cars all indoors. There was no need to rush and no pressure. All the vehicles I had seen on the web site were all there and can check out the individual vehicles inside and out and have a seat at the wheel. Advisors are available to ask questions anytime or you can just walk around at your own leisure.
The facilities are excellent with complimentary hot and cold drinks, toilets are spotless and very spacious areas to sit at a desk or relax should I be waiting for a service in the future. Charging facilities also. Its a lovely relaxing atmosphere unlike any other car sales I have visited before.
I was privileged to have had Jason Dorset as my advisor who made me feel valued. He clearly has a wealth of knowledge and experience and guided me through the process helping me understand everything throughout. The follow up call, emails and assurance that the aftercare is as important as the actual sale is comforting.

Car won’t start only been 4.5 months called to request recovery and car to be looked at! Was told I have to pay for recover as didn’t pay extended warranty however that’s is completely against the consumer rights act and legally you need to recover the car at no cost or inconvenience to myself within the first 6 months as the law states any fault within the 6 months is presumed to have been there from point of sale! Have tried to call back several times and awaiting a return call been 2 hours now! I’m stuck with no car unable to get my child to and from school without relying on others as her school is a 10 minute drive from where I live! Poor service and unlawfully telling me it’s my responsibility to pay for the recovery is disgraceful.
