My original order arrived without 1…
My original order arrived without 1 cyan cartridge for my HP printer. Rest of the order was OK, but when all that was offered was a store credit, which I could use for my next order, it wasn't what I would have expected. Sure I could order the cartridge again, but would have to pay for postage this time unless I order more than what I actually needed. Up until this event, I had been very satisfied with you service.
