Poor quality aftermarket toner cartridges
I bought 2 generic toner cartridges and the are very poor quality. They don't want to pay for the return or accept the one that has been partly used.

Their service is atrocious
Their service is atrocious. They didn't respond to my message regarding an order until it was too late. If they had helped me, I would have bought 3 more cartridges from them. I found much better sources for genuine HP cartridges. I don't think I'll ever buy from them again.
