I ordered what I thought was toner…
I ordered what I thought was toner cartridges but ended up being drum units. This was because the website was confusing and searching for toner cartridges brought up drum units as well as toner units and they were not identified as drum units. That aside they were very helpful about returning the items and getting what I wanted - also not readily found by searching. I ended up a long time without a printer because of the slowness of mail but they were very helpful.
