Dresses took ages to arrive. Quality of material is very poor, dress much shorter than advertised and quite honestly not worth more than a few pounds, let alone £30+.
Wanting to return and the cost is £31! Absolutely scandalous. Avoid this company at all costs
AVOID THIS COMPANY - SHODDY GOODS
First of all the package took weeks to arrive and when it did the dresses were of poor quality and not at all like the picture. No return address and I would guess came from China so no point in trying to get a refund. Got suckered by FB again - I should learn to not to trust anything on FB unless it's a company I have already dealt with.
Really awful service. Took ages for the dresses to arrive. They were rolled up into tiny balls. They were so thin and very cheap looking. Trying to do a refund and a return is nearly impossible. They start by ignoring the email, then offer to make things right, then offer for you to keep the items with a 20% refund and I’m still waiting for the address to return to and receive a full refund. Don’t ever buy from them!
Meta (FB and Instagram) promoted this company after I bought some linen shirts from another company.. the shirts did turn up, but are not linen (they are polyester) and are very poor quality and nothing like the photo on their website. The company returns go through the offer to part refund to avoid return and then give an address in china (for a supposedly Dutch company).
