Quality of clothing is hideous….. it is nothing like they show in their AI photos. Then when you request a full refund that they say you are entitled to they offer 20% discount or you get to pay for shipping it to China! BAIT AND SWITCH…. Worst company ever

Do not order off this site. Absolutely shocking. Ordered two items. Nothing like what was advertised. Total rubbish. Contacted them by email several times times about refund , nothing.
They should be reported to trading standards. I am furious 😡

Please do not order off this site , total scam I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing clothing . The item was very poor quality awful ! They have set up a recurring payment I have had to contact the bank to block future payments . Total scam site , cost were £27 to return item . Stay clear

A complete scam. Received product was completely different from photo. I had ordered a knit cardigan, and it arrived as a plastic polyester box shape with cheap fabric printing. Do not buy from this place.

Item is not same what it is shown on website and it is impossible to get refund as there is no customer service. I messaged them on instagram and emailed them but never received response. Such a horrible service.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. Clothing looks nothing like images. Cheaply made and poor quality. Looks like a child stitched it together. Took forever to arrive. Turns out it ships from China. Returns are not possible. Avoid this crappy store!!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. The shoes that arrived were cheaply made, terrible material quality and nothing like what was advertised. Upon asking about a refund, I was informed that the company was actually based in Asia, and that I would have to pay to ship the product there for a refund. They mentioned that such shipping would be as much or more than the price paid for the shoes ($70). So they "generously" offered a 10% refund for me to keep the atrocious things.
I refused, asking instead for a refund again. They replied offering 20% this time. Again I refused and asked to be contacted by a supervisor who had the authority to properly handle this return. That is when they stopped responding to me. Zero quality, zero customer service = total SCAM.

There was a computer glitch and I was charged for the same item twice. I noticed right away and tried to cancel. Impossible. They got back to me two weeks later and said that I could return one and get a refund. I never received the instructions on how to return. Company is crooked and dishonest. Want you to believe they are local with a big sale "ending tonight". Also bought sandals. They looked nice on line but they are so cheap. They will fall apart at the first wear. And the blouse I received twice smelled terrible like mosquito repellent. Do not buy from that company. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Horrible cheap China quality. I have communicated with them and they have not responded.
Do not purchase from them. First and last time I get burned.

The company is NOT in Vancouver as advertised. When I requested the full refund, I was offered $6 or return them to CHINA.

The product was advertising as being a next day delivery and it took 2 weeks to get sent out. I asked for updates and a refund. They sent out the product finally and I still hope that I will get this product. It was not delivered ro my address as they never listed my address corectly and refused to take any responsibility. I am 50 quid down and nothing to show for it. Customer service was non existent. Never will I ever buy from them and I will be sure to warn everybody that this is a scam.

Unbelievable scam..the quality was garbage and I paid $65, Returns at my expense to Asia..they offered me 10% off if I keep it..I would not wear this if it was free!

Horrible service. I placed on an order and immediately tried to cancel. I emailed them every day for a week and eventually got an email saying they had processed the order and it was not yet shipped. They did not mention any ability to cancel it and said that I could return the products once I had received them. I am responsible for return shipping charges. Because of my rapid request to cancel the order I have had success with Visa. I have to wait 15 days for Visa to do a final dispute and then will be reimbursed 5 days after that. Visa recommends using trust pilot to get rating on Chinese companies posing as Canadian companies out of Vancouver.

I ordered clothing from this "company". What i received was nothing like the pictures and was very poor quality. Waste of money! I think this is a scam company.

I assume this is the same company that I bought a necklace from. It ie awful! Very poor quality. The so-called natural pearls are plastic. The whole piece looks like something you would win at a fair.
Contacted the company about returning it and the reply said to return it to China at my expense, despite it being nothing like the description in the advertisement. Emailed again and have not got a reply.

I ordered on the 20th of March, as of today April 1 still have not received. I did not read the reviews first, shame on me... At first I got emails everyday, then I started emailing them back now they are ghosting me. Not sure what my next steps are?

SCAM!!! DO NOT USE This company is not in London as they claim, its in china. I ordered two pairs of shoes they took over 4 weeks to arrive, were two sizes smaller than they should have been and low quality. I requested a return to be told that they dont do many refunds ( a strange claim for a company selling shoes and clothes) and would refund me just 15% and I could keep the shoes and/or order some more (still with only a refund of 15%) I declined as I didn't want to end up with 4 pairs of shoes that didn't fit. After a lot of pushing I was eventually given a returns address and told that it was expensive to return them. This cost me a further £30 at the post office to send them back to China. This was at the start of November. There has been no response to my repeated requests for an update on my refund so all in all this has cost £115 for absolutely nothing. Avoid at all costs

I ordered a pair of shoes in size 6 and a sweater. It took weeks before I received them. The shoes that came said size 37 on them, which is a size 7. When I tried to return them they gave me all different options EXCEPT to get get my 30 day money back guarantee which the site says. Only offered a store credit OR 20% of the purchase price! What a scam !!
