Just bought my daughter her first car from car vendor. Qumer handled our purchase from start to finish great service. Car was as described and my daughter is very happy with her new vehicle. I highly recommend car vendor as I have had bad experiences in the past buying vehicles it is becoming very difficult to find a company that sell you a car and are honest. Do not look elsewhere if you are reading this you are on the right path to finding your next car. The hardest part of buying a vehicle is can you trust the seller well here you can. Also I’d like to give a massive shout out to the delivery driver I didn’t get his name but he was very friendly he made things very simple yet satisfying for me in receiving our new vehicle. He was very friendly and patient when he arrived. So I hope he also gets to read this. If I am ever in need of a vehicle again I will be contacting these first. GENUINE DEALERSHIP
Finally found a genuine car dealership!!!!!
We were looking for a particular car for my son a seat Ibiza fr we had been to a few previous dealers and test drove a couple but did not feel comfortable with A. The cars and B. The dealership.
We had seen one at Carvender which they had reduced by a few hundred pound so thought we would have a look, upon arriving I was very impressed with their whole set up even their garage was immaculately clean, after test driving the car we put a deposit down and it was on the ramp before we left.
They gave it a service we were supposed to pick it up the next day but they found a minor crack in the radiator so they replaced it so there was a slight delay in picking it up they also buffed out a couple of minor scratches that I asked them to.
After having the car a couple of weeks the windscreen washers were not working we called them up took the car back a guy appeared from the garage with a new motor in his hand took the car turned out it was just a fuse sorted it.
I can honestly say as a very untrusting born and bred Londoner this garage impressed me so much so if ever I want to buy a used car again this will be the first place I will look, my son loves the car and has driven to Derbyshire and back with no issues at all.
So a big Thankyou to Carvender but a bigger Thank you to Qumer who is a real gentleman makes the whole process simple a real decent guy who wants his customers to be happy after all a good reputation sells cars 5*

Strongly avoid….
I had a very concerning experience at this Carvender /used car dealer. The staff member was rude and used aggressive, inappropriate language. The situation escalated to the point where he threatened us- being told they had our address.he sold us the car at high price on the basis that it had no defects, but they were all kind of defects. This behaviour is unacceptable and it made us feel unsafe. I would strongly advice others to avoid this Carvender used car dealer

I had an extremely disappointing…
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. From the beginning, I felt misled about the condition of the car I purchased. Important issues were either downplayed or not disclosed at all, and shortly after buying the vehicle, serious problems started to appear.
When I tried to raise these concerns, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable solution, they avoided accountability and made the process unnecessarily stressful.

Really poor customer service
We had 3 or 4 cars we wanted to look at that I'd found online. The guy found the keys for each vehicle, unlocked them, and that was the extent of the service. He barely spoke to us, we weren't asked anything about what we were looking for, or offered information about any of the vehicles, or other options to try. One car I couldn't open the driver's door, as it was parked too close to another vehicle - no help was offered. He was glued to his phone the entire time we were there, I felt like I was disturbing his Sunday. I had hoped to test drive at least one car, but I felt so uncomfortable, I wouldn't have wanted to ask.
Bit puzzled by all the glowing reviews.
