Ayer recibí el pedido pero lamentablemente, una vez mas, la entraña llego descongelada y un olor tremendo debido a la cantidad de sangre dentro del paquete.
tuve que tirar ambos paquetes del olor a podrido que tenían.
Una pena, pero no les compro mas (por lo menos entraña)

We’d like to clarify that the entraña we sell is fresh, just as it arrives from Argentina, vacuum packed, with some natural blood that allows the wet-aging process to continue, which helps make the meat more tender.

In very rare cases, this process can cause the meat to spoil, usually due to a fault in the original vacuum seal.

The products that I received were fine

The products that I received were fine, no problem with that. But please take a look at the shipment company. They left the package outside of the gate of the building, it wasn’t safe.

The parcel was well packed and brought…

The parcel was well packed and brought to me by a polite and friendly man. It was very heavy but he didn't complain about the stairs to the second floor.
I missed the delivery the first time as it was still night! Why would you use a company that works all night? I doubt that I shall be using Casa Argentina again because of the delivery hours.

Outstanding customer service

Outstanding customer advice + great products.
This was the first time we had ordered from Casa Argentina and were super impressed.
We placed an online order and then picked the first delivery date which was a week later - no surprise given it was the festive season.
To then receive a call from Casa Argentina shortly after placing the order asking if we wanted delivery the very next day we thought was extraordinary.
The Saltena products supplied were great quality and the packaging robust and really kept the products cool even though we didn’t specifically opt for the cool box.
We will definitely order from this company again.

Outstanding

This was my 2nd time ordering from Casa Argentina, which I placed early Dec for delivery on the 23rd Dec, so easy to do on their website with the pop up calendar, and was notified by the courier the day before and then on the morning was given a time window which was great and worked perfectly. Now onto the beef ribeye rolls I ordered, WOW, INCREDIBLE, I had ordered enough for two roasting joints and several steak meals, and we had a steak night on the 23rd and absolutely beautiful, brilliant taste and so juicy and tender. Will definitely only use this company for my beef and highly recommend other people give them a try, you will not be disappointed . Thank you Casa Argentina
