Never received my order. I sent several messages I was told it was in transit. They could not give me a tracking number or carrier info. Now they have stopped replying Order #4198. Do not purchase anything from this site.

Do NOT order anything from this company. I placed an order in November and never received confirmation of shipping or tracking number. I get no response from my emails and they have NOT refunded my money.
*Amazingly, I was finally just refunded the money on Jan. 12. I had placed my order the end of November.

So it seems not to my surprise that this site has a track record of dissatisfied customers. You can add me to the list. I ordered a product from them on October 30th 2020. I asked them if they shipped out the item because my app Shop showed it never was shipped. They said the item was in transit, I asked where is the location of the item now, they never answered. I
asked for refund then I demanded one. They said in 10 business days I should receive my refund. My refund hasn’t shown up in my account yet. I sent another email and they sent me this....Your request (2966) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.
It doesn’t matter how small or large the payment was. I deserve my money back!

Ordered Dec. 7, emailed to inquire about my order #4608 the response was “ be more patient” another week passed and I sent another email asking for tracking number & I have had no response. I sent a third email requesting to cancel my order, no response. I will be calling my credit card company tomorrow to dispute charges.

I have the same issue as everyone else. I ordered Dec 6 and haven’t received our gift. I contacted the company 3/4 times asking for a tracking number and I haven’t received one. Probably because it hasn’t shipped. I would like a refund or my gift and no one will respond. Order #4543 If I don’t hear anything soon I will contact my credit union and file a claim.

Never received order
I ordered 11/30. Never received my order (#4096). Initially emailed to inquire about status and they said it was in transit and to be patient. Asked for a tracking number and never received a response. I don’t believe the order was ever shipped. So, I then reached out and asked to cancel my order and asked for a refund and never received a reply back. Now, the website is down and there’s no way to communicate with them. Do not use this company. If I do not receive a refund, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Order # 4718. Ordered for my grand children for Christmas. Was promised delivery by 12/22. It didn't happen so I had to rush other gifts to them. I want a complete refund or will contact my bank Monday morning

Like nearly every other review here I placed an order on December 4th and haven’t received it by December 24th. This is a scam. Got the same reply from them on email as everyone else telling me to be patient. Never received a tracking number despite the fact that “they show it has shipped”
