Don’t order from this website

Don’t order from this website. I placed
My order on Nov. 19 - order # 3701. I was promised delivery in 5-15 days. I was supposed to mail the ornaments out to friends and family. But it is the 20th and I haven’t received it yet. There is no use after now because my friends and family will not get it until after Christmas. I got a tracking number a week ago from the same Diana person (reported in other reviews but the number shows no progress at. I’ve canceled the order and requested a refund.

Thanks for your reply. But giving my money back to me because you didn’t deliver the good is not compensation.

I tried to cancel my order, got back that it has already shipped, asked for a tracking number, got the standard reply back from Diana Anderson that my order has been fulfilled and shipped, ya right🤬 My order number is #4540

Disappointed...should have followed my gut.

As with other reviews, I ordered 3 items and I still have not received them. I should have followed my gut. I saw this keep popping up on Instagram and seemed like cute gifts. Should have checked into the company more. When I emailed, a woman named Diana said the order had been fulfilled and shipped. I asked that they provide a tracking number and 5 days later I have yet to get the tracking number. Disappointing considering these were going to be gifts for family.

I ordered a gift for my aunt on 11/30

I ordered a gift for my aunt on 11/30, was told item would be delivered 5-15 days and that I would receive an email once it was shipped. As of 12/09 I still had no email that my item had shipped. I emailed customer support to ask why I had not received my email that my item shipped and received the response "Dear Customer, your item has been fulfilled and shipped". After two more email exchanges where I asked for a tracking number, I was finally provided with a tracking number that when plugged into USPS, status says the postage was prepared, but has not been shipped. I emailed back asking about this and have not received a response. I will NOT buy from this company again. I feel that I am out the money I spent for the gift and will be without the gift.

I ordered something on November 1 and…

I ordered something on November 1 and still haven’t received it a month later... every time I ask, they send a stock reply about the slow pace of the mail system during COVID. I could have walked there and back by now.

Getting the run around

I ordered an item on Oct 10. It shows ordered on Shop.com. However no info on the status. Emails to Casabilanka come back as item was shipped or it is shipping. No tracking or delivery service indicated. They don't seem to know what is going on and I'm getting tired of the canned response messages.

IF YOU CARE ABOUT RECEIVING YOUR ITEM IN A TIMELY MANNER, DO NOT - AND I REPEAT - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Even during the pandemic, I ordered items from Amazon, Walmart, Ebay etc and received them in a timely manner. It's been over a month and I still haven't received my item. I ordered an alternative from another company and am now using it. I want a refund asap and Diana Anderson keeps saying "currently on transit". This is a pathetic excuse for an online merchandise company. Save your money and your time and order from Amazon!!!

Good paid for and not delivered

I ordered and paid for two products back in August. I am very concerned that I have not received confirmation of my order or the goods and we are now in late November. I have emailed the company 3 times with no response.

The shipment time was longer than…

The shipment time was longer than expected, missed my daughters birthday so had to pick up something else....want to order other items but afraid of time of delivery. Plus carpet came folder, not rolled...NOT GOOD!

Fly trap

Ordered,money quickly comes out to pay for item,then nothing. No way to track the order. We understand there is a pandemic but the lack of information is frustrating. Of course we received the email,that they have our information and it is being reviewed, So is this review.

Paid, said it was shipped, then said it wasn’t able to be shipped. Shady company and Chinese knockoffs.

I never revived any updates

I never revived any updates for what I ordered I’m still waiting on my item, and I have attempted to track it with no luck I even downloaded the app for tracking and I’ve sent out an email all I got back was an automated email saying my email was received.
