I have had a few cases from Casetful now and ALWAYS get compliments. My current one is pink with red stars and I am absolutely in love. The quality and design does not disappoint but what stands out is excellent customer service, quick responses and truly value their customers 👏

LOVE these phone covers. My first one lasted the full 3 years I owned my phone. Would recommend paying extra for the tough model. I had a problem with the second case I bought (entirely my fault) and my query was dealt with quickly and professionally. I'm now on my third case and will continue to use this company.

Love the design and the pics on the website don't do it justice. It's so vivid and glossy. The case seems really sturdy. I've dropped it already and it survived no issues! I bought a mag safe one and it works brilliantly with my wireless charger. It arrived quickly and I'm Really pleased. Will get another one soon.

I mistakenly ordered the incorrect style of case for my daughter as part of her Christmas present. When i had realised my mistake i immediately wrapped the case in felt and contacted Casetful. They advised i return the case and re order the correct fit. No option for exchange. I have received an email declaring no refund will be issued as there is ‘clear signs of use, a deep scratch on the front of the case and smear marks’ i personally believe this to be incorrect. I was given a 30% discount code as a good gesture which i find completely bizarre considering i am clearly being accused of using the case then trying to return it.
Love the designs of the cases but they really are cheap overpriced plastic!
This is not my first problem with this company. My first order last year got lost in the post, taking weeks for communication. Eventually a new one was issued.

Fantastic company, great cases. I incorrectly ordered the wrong case but both orders were sent quickly and the return processed very swiftly without any issues. Great communication. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I ordered a phone case from this website. Unfortunately, the case arrived with a completely crooked logo. After contacting customer support and requesting a refund, they only offered to send a replacement instead.

After exchanging one or two emails, the replacement case finally arrived three weeks later — with the logo placed just as incorrectly as the first one. I contacted the website again, explained the issue, and sent the second incorrectly printed case as proof.

Their response was that they could not issue a refund because they would otherwise have to cover the material costs themselves. After that email, I did not respond anymore.

Overall, I cannot recommend this website at all.

I’ve purchased from Casetful in the past - I bought tough cases for my iPhone 12 and iPhone 14 Pro Max from them, and both were excellent quality and durable. Unfortunately, my experience with my iPhone 17 Pro Max case order has been completely different. Not that the case was bad but it didn’t meet my needs in terms of providing enough protection for the camera area.

So, I requested a return on 19th October and was told to simply post the item back to their Birmingham address. I did exactly that on 21st October using Royal Mail Signed For (£2.95 postage), with my order number (CF#73435) clearly written on the package. I also sent a follow-up email confirming I had posted the return and attached my proof of postage.

Royal Mail tracking confirms the package was delivered and collected at their address, yet I have received absolutely no acknowledgment from Casetful that they’ve received my return. I’ve had no response to my follow-up email, no confirmation of receipt, and no update on when my refund will be processed.

When I initially asked about the returns process and timeframe on 19th October, they provided no specific timeframe for refund processing - just the return address.

Reading other reviews on here, it seems this lack of communication and delayed refunds is becoming a pattern with Casetful. It’s disappointing because their products are great, but customer service is just as important as product quality.

I’m still waiting for any acknowledgment that my return was received and when I can expect my refund.

I’m giving two stars because I’ve had genuinely good experiences with you in the past (iPhone 12 and 14 cases were great) and the product quality itself isn’t the problem.
