Casey's General Stores Avis 170

The Amelia store is horrible. The guy that is working Monday night 08/05 is down right rude and mean and the way he talks to customers I will never ever go back to that store.

I ordered a taco pizza and it was not good. Mostly had Doritos chips all over and not much of anything else

This is more from a former employee than a customer stand point, but apparently the Monticello, IN Casey's now condones sexual misconduct in the workplace. They decided it was ok for a manager to go around showing pics of male genitalia to employees wether they wanted to see it or not. The manager in question (Carol Smoot) was informed of there being a case against her and told who it was. She then proceeded to retaliate as expected. Now my wife no longer works there after three years because a manager that ruined her previous store is aloud to break every rule in the handbook. She also has a case against her, where she put her hands on an employee (my wife's sister) and got away with it. I don't know what is going on in these stores, but they really need to get a hold on their managers before one tries something with the wrong person who fights back. Just saying. I feel like Casey's and their HR department could use a little investigations. I will update when we hear back from the surgeon general and the lawyer we contacted.

My Dad ordered a taco pizza last night and 20 minutes later I arrived to pick it up and the cook looked up from his phone for a moment and informed me that he had personal problems and could not make the pizza. The cashier was not helpful, both seemed to have personal problems that were more important. Both were more concerned about what was happening on their phones to be bothered. The store was not busy, I was the only customer in the store. There were no other orders. The kitchen looked ready to close for the night at 8:40pm. Personal problems should be left at home.

Found a $ 150.00 charge on my debit card to Casey called my bank . They told me that they had been aware of Casey’s doing that to random people . So I asked a assistant manager at Casey’s she said yes they do $ 50 -100 - and 150 dollar and after 2 -3 days it comes off your card . What are they doing with a unauthorized charge on my card . Some people just may not have the money for them to randomly play games . Not my case but I’m sure there are some .

Casey says the greediestCasey is the greediest convenience their gas is always higher than anybody else they're merchandise is 300% markup why do people shop there

All I want Too do is talk with a live person In Celina, Ohio, but they’re not taking orders so they’re automated machine is sending me to the kitchen phone. I want to talk to the cashier. They don’t have a local number and nobody’s answering in the kitchen because they’re not taking orders and their food is very BLAND Their butter is gross on the morning pizza The chicken fingers are bland unless you bring them home and reheat them after making them cold and put salt on it

Your 3rd shift manager at this location is rude and has been chasing away your customers for years. Do you know what's going on at this store ?

Definitely one of the best stores. I'm used to Quicktrips which are great. Their ice tea is my go to everyday. I wish they did have more folks clean the bathrooms. That would be my only negative.

Casys in Laurens Ia is the worst run store of them all Manager only works when she wants and being salried she is gone more than she is there the kitchen is closed more than it is open and they expect women to work there alone at night which is against their policy 1 assistant manager has a second full time job so she is not able to come in when needed the other 2 come in after drinking and act a fool why is there 4 managers and still close early several nights in a row ? not too mention they talk about adult things when children are present and the manager showed up 1 night drunk and got into a fight with a customer WOW very profesional Caseys and when you call headquarters they put you on hold for an hour until they close so not to hear your complaint this is an everyday happening in Laurens Caseys even the regional Manager looks the other way doesnt do any good to tell them

This store had everything I need but Nonstick Pans and after i have lost count of my toes and got sleepy tired so i took a napeton on the floor.

Location was spotless, unfortunately all we wanted was a good cup of coffee. The coffee itself was good, but 20 min down the road and the cups were both leaking from the bottom.

Got no help from support.
They don’t read emails before responding with nonsense.
I’ve sent multiple inquiries about an issue with my account and get generic, unhelpful responses that indicate they aren’t even READING my emails or viewing attachments.

Went to order on Saturday 3/30 at 4:30 and was told the kitchen is closed because the employees want off for Easter!! WTH?!?

The Casey's Store in Spring Grove, Il is "my" Casey's store. The staff there are exceptional, and the breakfast pizza is always wonderful. Staff is always smiling, and always helpful. What a great team! Ann

The pending charge taken out of someone’s account being held for an undetermined amount of time is inexcusable, especially when they want to blame your bank account. If this was true the same scenario will work out the same way at every location, but it doesn’t so alittle honesty goes a long way and saying either they don’t know but lieing to an upset customer is very poor customer service skills especially for a store manager

The service was fantastic. My driver invited himself in and plated my meal for me. I will definitely order again.

I went into the Mayville ND store today. I was surprised how clean the store was. I quit going in there over a month ago. It was messy, the pizza was not marked and it was like eating cardboard. It was a complete change. I will definitely
return. Kudos to whoever the new manager is. Good job!!!

2 pumps would not read 2 different cards. Common issue. Either that or out of gas. When they work, pumps are the slowest I’ve seen. I give up. Done with Caseys

I came into my local caseys to place an order for breakfast pizzas for the next day. The guy behind the counter assured me the my pizzas would be ready for me at 6.50am. I could get them on my way to work . I start work at 7am. When I arrived to pick them up. At 6:50 am. They haven't evan started them yet. Telling me it would be about 15 minutes or so. Making me late to work!!!!! Thanks Casey's
