I always want to say that they always strive to make sure you're happy and that you are have an understanding of what's going on or what you need to do if you're confused you just hit him up email or you can call or you know possibilities are endless really with this company I've been with this company for close to 5 years selling my diabetic supplies that I do not use and stuff like that and it's been really nice having that extra change in my pocket it is coming handy especially during those tough times and it's something that I can put away in savings and it's just it rocks my world this company has an Innovative great idea on doing this and I just want to say thank you because you have helped me during a very difficult part in my time in life to where things are just really hard financially and thanks for letting me store a couple of dollars away appreciate it

Unfortunately, you decided to leave your name as Blank Blank in this review so we have no way of verifying if this was a real experience with our business.
We stand by our A+ rating from the BBB and our over 1200 5-star reviews on TrustPilot.
We should also remind you that we require every customer to check a box confirming that they understand that we only purchase the products that we specifically ask for and need and that we do NOT return any products that are sent to us.
We then repeatedly remind our customers of that in every email we send and the text messages we send. In fact, we tell our customers over a dozen times before they sent products back to us what products we purchase and that we do not return anything sent to us.
We do wish you had not decided to hide behind a secret persona in leaving this review but that does lead us to believe that you know you repeatedly ignored our clear instructions and did not want us to be able to specifically answer with that in our response.
Very convenient
