Alongside his academic and consulting background, Valentin has spent years working hands on with whisky in premium bar environments, guiding guests through whisky choices, tastings, and conversations every day. Cask to Task was created to address a common problem in the whisky world. Many people are curious about whisky but feel intimidated by traditional tastings, technical language, or the fear of asking the wrong questions. These experiences are often aimed at experts, collectors, or long time enthusiasts, leaving newcomers feeling excluded. The approach at Cask to Task is different.
