My parcel was lost by the carrier after 19 days i emailed Catering24 will out question they came back to me within 24 hours and the parcel was delivered within 2 days. Can't beet the service.

Great customer service
Placed order over a bank holiday, order was dispatched on the Tuesday for Wednesday delivery.
Parcel went missing. Couldn't contact anyone over the whole weeknd but on the Monday was immediately resolved and put out for reorder and received on the Tuesday. Always good service and prompt delivery.

I had some issues with a DPD delivery but great support saved the day…
I had some issues with a DPD delivery of catering supplies but Lynette did a great job in helping with a urgent order that was needed in time for a charity event. Great support !!!!
