This company do not check their emails
I have emailed twice -info@caterkwik. Co . Uk courtney@caterkwik. Co . Uk (full emails are not allowed in reviews but my emails have been sent to correct addresses) and a third time via their ‘contact us’ page complain about a parcel that hasn’t been delivered. A total of 3 times over the past week or so with no response whatsoever. I have spent over £4500 and I’m waiting for the water filter before fitting a brand new espresso machine. Really disappointing, as I’ve used them several times and spent thousands of pounds over recent years. I cannot ring the line, as I’m still abroad with the family on holiday. I could understand missing an email, but THREE?

Ordering was really easy using the website, delivery was faster than suggested and the product was up to standard. Caterkwik communicated with me at every stage keeping me informed.

Ordering was really easy, as was the delivery the only thing that did annoy me was that I ordered the machine and it stated 3 day delivery, that was not the case , about a week later someone called and said there had been a mix up with the haulier and then let it slip that the stock wouldn’t be in the warehouse house until the next day , I don’t mind if someone was honest and called the next day to say they couldn’t fulfill the 3 day but what I don’t like is being lied to !! I ordered on 7/1/25 and it was delivered on 20/1/25
However the machine washes really nicely and I’m pleased with that .
It would have been five stars but I’ve knocked one of for the lie ! I really don’t like that, I would much rather someone be honest
Catercool Double Bar Fridge
I purchased a double fridge for under my bar. Customer Service answered any queries I had. The fridge was well packaged and delivered on the day as arranged. I've had the fridge a few weeks now and very pleased with it. I Would use Caterwik again

After processing the order and taking the money from my account. They phone to say the item is discontinued and try to push another item onto me. Awaiting refund of money that should not have been taken from me. Customer agent disinterested.

I ordered a Vogue stainless steel stew pot in November 2022 and used it only twice. After minimal use, I found black spots inside the pot and noticed that layers of material were peeling off, creating a hole. This has never happened with any of my other stainless steel items, which I’ve had for over ten years, leading me to suspect the pot might not be new. I've also observed that many of their products on the website are assigned grades, which warrants attention.
I reached out to customer service to express my concerns, the agent informed me that there was nothing they could do since I didn’t have proof of my limited usage. They claimed the item was new, but such damage shouldn’t typically occur, even with regular use. Unfortunately, they attributed the issue to their supplier.
The company needs to address these quality control issues to ensure that customers receive reliable and durable products.

Appalling Customer Service and Faulty Equipment - Avoid Cater-Kwik!
I am absolutely appalled by the service I've received from Cater-Kwik. Initially, I was drawn to their website due to the seemingly competitive prices. However, my experience quickly turned into a nightmare.
Here's a summary of the issues:
Dishonest Pricing: After placing my order, they contacted me over a week later to inform me that the price of the juicer had increased by over £90! This felt like bait-and-switch tactics.
Faulty Equipment: To add insult to injury, the overpriced juicer arrived broken.
Non-Existent Customer Support: Despite providing video evidence and all requested information almost a month ago, I have received no communication about a replacement. My business is suffering as a result.
This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Cater-Kwik's lack of communication and failure to resolve this issue is damaging to their reputation. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from them to think twice. Stick with reputable suppliers like Nisbets who value their customers.
