Make manager count the money if you deposit.
I brought in 1300 dollars for a deposit. It was cash all 20 dollar bills. The girl put it in the machine they only use the machine unless you ask them not to. I didn't know that then the teller tells me it's only 1200 100 Dollars. I counted that money 5 times before I came in individually piled and there was definitely 1300 dollars there. Somehow it ended up 100 short in 5 seconds. If you have a large amount of money to deposit make a manager count the money for the deposit. So the bank VP who I've known at this bank for 26 years came out to speak with me after the head teller started to raise her voice with me. The V P brought me in to watch the tape of the teller who handled my cash. Upon watching the video it wasn’t clear how the money came up missing. The video showed my teller and the head teller handing stuff back and forth between each other while my money was out. If I were a bank I don't think that should be allowed. The VP Bessie Davidson told me that she would give me the 100$ I will update this if I receive my money back and change my stars on this review.
Update: I did receive my 100$ Back via miscellaneous deposit. I did a little bit of research after I got home from work and all this stuff at the bank. Interestingly enough the only time those counting machines messes up is if you have a ripped bill. I distinctly remember a ripped bill being pulled out, according to google that can cause a miscount they knew the pile had a ripped bill. This is a scary thing in times when money does so little.
Thank you Bessie for your help!
