Not used this company before so was a bit wary. However a sent them an email with a query which was promptly answered with all the information I had requested. After placing my order the item arrived quickly and well packed.
The only slight negative was the lack of emails. After an email with the invoice the only follow up was from DHL with the delivery date. Not a problem but used to being bombarded with emails from Amazon. Would definitely recommend..
Update. I have since discovered they did send the emails that I expected but were blocked as spam by Outlook before reaching my email app. My apologies I should have checked.

i came across these guys on ebay from…
i came across these guys on ebay from the first contact with them to more since then, they were friendly helpful and happy to help so much so i wanted to see a hikvision ptz camera in the flesh they obliged asked if i could give them 2 hrs and they rigged one up for me to see live footage so glad i did what a great piece of kit it is and bought it there and then.
when i have emailed they have always got back to me when i have rung if they cant talk they have got back to me.
if you are looking for cctv etc i would highly recommend giving them a try
