CCTV Aware Avis 

We had been looking to replace our existing home alarm system. We decided to use CCTV Aware as they had already fitted CCTV to our property and we were extremely happy with the system and installation. Ahmet installed the new alarm system, which was very more up to date and offered many more features than our existing alarm. He explained all the operating features to us and we were extremely happy with the system installed. I would thoroughly recommend this company for their professionalism, products recommended and standard of service throughout.

CCTV Aware installed a 5-camera 4K CCTV system at my home and did a very professional job. The installation was neat, the image quality is excellent, and everything was clearly explained.
They were knowledgeable about GDPR and provided signage, which I appreciated. Communication was clear throughout. I’d recommend them without hesitation.

Ahmet arrived promptly, was obviously very knowledgeable and did the install in good time with the minimum of disruption. I was shown how to use the system which is fairly straight forward. Called and was given a speedy response after purchasing an online support session. Mr Ahmet Deveci, was friendly, polite and very professional in all his corrective actions and words of advice going forward. Truly SUPERB service. The CCTV equipment supplied was first class producing excellent resolution.

I recommended CCTV aware to my parents to install a camera system as their neighbour had a break in over Christmas.

I had previously used them for my house and recommended to a friend.

We paid for a 4 camera system originally but after the survey realised only 3 would be needed so reduced the price.

Ahmet took time to work out the best location and to hide the cables then showed my parents how to operate the system.

We upgraded our old cameras to the new Tru Colour cameras and omg I wasn’t disappointed. Ahmet is extremely knowledgeable and professional and explained from the moment he arrived what he would be doing and where the new cameras would going. Within a few hours the old system was decommissioned and all 6 new cameras were up and running. Ahmet and team worked seamlessly within the few hours, leaving everything tidy and no mess at all - very impressed. The new cameras are amazing and the quality is just something else, especially in the middle of the night - it is like day light. The wires are discretely hidden and is in keeping with the building - just wow! Ahmet showed me how to use the new cameras and how I can pull data off the hard drive, should I ever need it. Ahmet and his assistant did a very professional job in removing my old coax connected cameras and recorder which had failed. A new recorder was was installed and wired over Ethernet to new modern cameras all with no mess or fuss. Ahmet took time to explain how the system worked and installed and configured the viewing app on my phone.
The difference between the old cameras which were state of the art in their time and the new cameras is amazing in the detail displayed and the added bonus of colour all night.

I cant recommend these guys enough. From start to finish Ahmet and his crew have proved to be courteous, highly knowledgable, and diligent. We had an eight-camera installation fitted to replace a failing coax system. CCTVAware were happy to come slightly outside their normal area to install the new system. They provided advice on the best locations for the new cameras, took extra care with the listed buildings they were attaching the devices to, strung up some tricky cabling, and ensured everything was as neatly and invisibly installed as possible. Their post-installation care was excellent, talking me through specific settings when I wanted to modify the operation of one of the cameras and even providing remote assistance when things got too tricky. And to cap it all they were using the latest kit and installed it all for two thirds the cost of the cheapest other quote I had found.

I would not hesitate to recomend these guys to anyone who needs a CCTV system. These guys really know their stuff.
