CCTV Aware are a fantastic company their website is well laid out and their pricing structure is clear. Ahmet arrived at 7.40am and didn’t leave until nearly 7pm l. He started off with a site survey and made recommendations on the best positions for the cameras and cables. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. His pre sales and after sales care has been fantastic and he’s been proactive with adjusting some settings to ensure cameras are performing to their best. I would highly recommend CCTV Aware!

I switched broadband today and my CCTV cameras worked perfectly on my TV. I also reinstalled my Hik-Connect app on my andriod mobile, however it wasn't displaying my cameras being greyed out and offline. I therefore went on CCTVAware website had a quick online chat with an advisor, then sent an email off to CCTV-Support. Got a response from Ahmet almost within minutes and had a desktop session. Ahmet resolved this issue with super-competence. No other service I can think of provides this level of efficency and personal touch - wow.

Had an upgrade from 2mp to 6mp.
As usual Ahmet was his normal professional informative self when we discussed the upgrade options I had.
Turned up on time and had the installation completed in a couple of hours, no mess no fuss and a quality finish. Was even good enough to remote dial in twice to make adjustments that I requested.

I had my CCTV installed just before lockdown. Ahmet arrived early in the morning and went straight to the job in hand. Ahmet was very obliging, installing all the cables to a high degree ensuring they were hidden too. Even after installation it has been no trouble answering my further queries and giving me advice! Excellent service. Ahmet is highly knowledgeable and was able to find the best solution for our house/garden/entry points/layout. He saved us from having meters and meters of cables running along our walls. All the cabling is minimal and well hidden. He takes pride in his job and that's why he is so good at it. . We feel he offers good value for money. He has a very detailed website and is happy to provide further info as needed. Highly recommended.

This service was first class. The customer service fantastic. The installation was really neat and tidy and very professional. The cameras and kit really easy to use. I would highly recommend this company. Really reliable and trustworthy.

Excellent service provided. Ahmet was very helpful in dealing with my request and setting up my system. Even better was the remote service which allows the operator to take control of the system from the other side of the country and change relevant settings as the jargon involved is much too complex for the average consumer.

Issue was resolved quickly, and also given great advice!
