CCTV Aware Avis 

I never usually give 5 stars but I feel Ahmet from CCTV Aware deserve this rating. He is very patient, informative and extremely pleasant. He responded to my initial enquiry email even when he was on holiday! He has come out of his way to install the CCTV system without fuss, and demostrated his expertise in both knowledge and skills during the installation.
I have already emailed him with more questions, and his professionalism has continued after sales as well. I am truly thankful to have found him to fit our system, and have no hesitation in recommending him to my friends.

Ahmet fitted my CCTV in June 2017. It was a flawless installation and Ahmet had many useful tips about how to design and operate the system. His cabling is very tidy and he was extremely conscientious to do a neat job. In September, there was some unplanned 'downtime' with my system as a result of some growing pains with my home network. Ahmet dialled in remotely and got everything back online, and upgraded all of the system software too. His quality of work and customer service are impeccable.

I chose CCTV Aware because of all the positive reviews I found online and the way the price is clearly shown after you select the product you want. Ahmet came early and discussed the best way to set up the cameras so that they would get the maximum coverage of our property. Installation took around 6 hours which was good considering the side of our house is a bit of a nightmare. When all the cameras were up he tidied up any mess and showed us how to operate the DVR and also the mobile app. I would definitely recommend his company as he clearly knows his stuff and takes time to do the job properly.

What first impressed me was the transparency of pricing on the CCTV Aware website and the fact that Ahmet responded very quickly to my questions. We agreed on a 6 camera set up which was installed two weeks ago. The cameras and hard drive are great quality and provide fantastically clear pictures on the app. The installation itself was seamless, Ahmet was with us for a full day and explained the process step by step. Great attention to detail meant that no wires are visible, even the wife was impressed! I required a couple of system adjustments following installation and again Ahmet’s response was immediate, proving that he provides excellent after sales support too. I thoroughly recommended CCTV Aware to anyone thinking of having CCTV installed, thanks again.

If only all contractors were of the same calibre as Ahmet from CCTV Aware! He has fitted a comprehensive CCTV system with remote monitoring and wifi extenders, without fuss, without blinding me with incomprehensible jargon, and with a level of professionalism I would like to instill in my own staff. I have already phoned him about a minor glitch (my fault!) and his unfailing support and professionalism has continued in the aftersales setting too. Absolutely amazing! I'm not one to normally write reviews but on this occasion I wanted to share with you all how happy I am with the service I received from Ahmet (CCTV Aware). I thought to myself if I'm going to do this, I might as well go for the best system after all if my house was burgled, I would want the best possible footage to pass onto the Police. On the day of installation, Ahmet arrived when promised. We both walked around the house and planned out where the cameras should be for the best possible coverage. Ahmet began the installation. He was extremely polite and knowledgable in the product he supplies. He has great attention to detail, where possible he placed the wiring as discreetly as he could. Ahmet ensured he took time out to go through all the settings/operation on the main recording unit prior to leaving! Overall I'm EXTREMELY impressed with the service I received! My brother and father in law are also going to place an order with Ahmet!

I was recommended to Ahmet by someone who had previously had their CCTV done by him. Ahmet is not only one of the nicest and professional gentlemen I have ever met, but more importantly, his CCTV fitting is the absolute best!!! The equipment is first class and the fitting was done with ease. I left my home with Ahmet whilst I popped out and this was the first time I had met him. He certainly is trustworthy and is definitely worth booking! The biggest plus was me calling Ahmet months later advising him that a I saw a burglar in my CCTV that had seen the cameras and ran straight off!
