C & D South West Ltd Avis 

We live in Chickerell in Weymouth, we have just had a home delivery of a very heavy BBQ on a pallet, the drivers name was Jason, what a credit he is to this Company, he was very polite, asked us where we would like the pallet with the BBQ on it. Unfortunately where we wanted the pallet was quite difficult and awkward but to get at, not for Jason, he took his time as to not damage our BBQ, he moved it into position which I though was going to be impossible. Once he had done he asked if there was anything else we need, shook hands with me and departed. I just wish other delivery Companies (We all know who they are, who deliver for the big Internet Companies) would take their time instead of literally throwing the parcels at you or just dropping them in the street, he is a one in a million, keep hold of him.

Always a good experience when Steve delivers to us. We have a relatively small and awkward yard, right through a customer car park, he gets an artic in there with ease and to top it all off, he's a really pleasant and professional chap!

Everyone I spoke to at C&D was helpful, communication was good and delivery was arranged quickly. Jason who delivered the mats rang me prior to delivery to check I was there and made sure that he got the pallet as close as he could to where I needed the mats. Jason was an absolute superstar. A polite phone call before arrival telling us when he would be here, arrived on time and placed the 5 tons of gravel exactly where I needed them so I could keep the driveway in use and easily empty the bags. Highly recommended.

Ben, who handled the delivery, was courteous and took care to get the pallet as close as possible to the required location while considering safety concerns. The communication from the company was satisfactory, with updates provided before delivery. While the equipment used was functional and the service was generally efficient, there were no standout features to make the experience exceptional.
