Excellent service today from Jason. Our supplier of felt, had packaged the pallet really bad, and it had gone over in transit. Your drivers quick thinking of stabiling the load with a ratchet strap, meant the pallet didnt go completly over and saved a lot of the stock from being written off.

Had a pallet delivery today of resin - over a ton in weight I'm guessing. Jason, the delivery guy, was outstanding and managed to maneuver the pallet up a steep driveway and into position. Very impressive!!

CL Transport & C&G Janes Transport have used C&D South West for many years now. When you call them you are greeted with either Pauline or Sam who will help you booking your Consignment. The online portal is great for getting paperwork all around C&D South West are very good.

I had a delivery from this company today. It was a very heavy parcel, 100kg, I was contacted yesterday by this company advising me that the delivery would be today. I asked him to make a note on his delivery sheet. He said the driver would phone me 1/2 hour before delivery.No one phoned me. The delivery was dumped it a car park for me to move. When I complained to this company, I was told it was a new driver who didn't know the ropes and had only been with them a short while. What a pathetic excuse. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

We have had nothing but great experiences with C&D Southwest, as even when there are (infrequent) delivery issues the staff in the office work hard to resolve it in a timely and professional manner.

Delivery due Friday arrived on Monday without any contact from C&D South West (Palletforce). So a day wasted for me waiting in for a non delivery. The office staff don't seem to know what is going on.
The delivery driver was pleasant.

We were recommended C & D South West Ltd by a colleague and we are happy to endorse that recommendation. They responded quickly to all correspondence, including on a Sunday. We paid the invoice at 1.30pm and the consignment was collected that same afternoon. The price itself was very reasonable for the distance and size. The delivery was made within their stated time via their Nationwide network. Top class service & much better than the firm we used previously. We will definitely be using C & D South West Ltd again. A first class service from C & D South West, again! Over and above with their customer care. We had a problem at the storage facility where our goods were stored, and needed moving from. Mr. Hammond and their driver, Simon assisted in overcoming my plight with total professionalism. C & D were punctual, helpful and very efficient when moving the stock. I had a pallet of bare root hedging delivered at 10am this morning. I live in a restricted drive and I was delighted that my order arrived on an appropriately sized lorry as requested. The driver Robin phoned me and walked down to check where the delivery was to be left and the delivery went smoothly. Robin was polite, cheerful and a pleasure to deal with.
